One of the most popular mountain bike trails at Coed-y-Brenin is the MBR, sponsored by the magazine “Mountain Bike Rider”.

This is a challenging, severe graded trail of medium length. Its very rideable by mountain bikers of average fitness but the technical nature of the terrain requires a high level of mountain biking experience.

The MBR trail takes in some of the classic Coed-y-Brenin singletrack sections such as “Pink Heifer” for that old school trail centre feel. The route also includes “False Teeth”; a hold-on-tight thrill ride with a more modern and flowy character. Ride this trail and discover the range of other exciting sections on offer.

As usual you can expect some prolonged climbs up forest roads but you are always rewarded on the MBR trail with some cracking descents.
