A series of downhill trails on forestry land which have been designed and maintained by a commited crew of local riders.
There's not much around here as its pretty much in the middle of nowhere but its a very pretty area and well worth a day out to chill in the surroundings and sample the downhill trails.
In order to ride here you are required to join the Foel DH Riders club. This only costs £10 per year and is worth it to have someone help you find the place if nothing else. The lanes round here are like a maze and you could be driving around for hours trying to locate the trails.
The track from the bottom to the top is open access so your own uplift is possible but please become a member of the club before doing this.
Check out the club website link below for details.

From Ruthin drive towards the village of Cyfylliog, go straight through the village and continue on for about 2 miles until you see a red phone box on your left. Take the next right, continue on to gravel forest road and there is a large clearing on the left. Park here then pedal a little further down the track until you see a gateway on the left. Go through the gate and the trails all start from various points along that forest track.
