The biggest and best dirt jump site in Wales, rebuilt in 2012 to include small pump tracks and medium to large dirt jump lines.

The Van Road trails are 15 minutes from the M4 so easily accessible from all over the South of England and Wales. Come here if you want to start learning dirt jumping or are an experienced rider looking to hit some well-groomed and weather proofed jumps. There is something for everyone and with the regular dig days going on, the site is constantly evolving.

From the town centre of Caerphilly find your way to the start of Van Road. Keeping Caerphilly castle on your right hand side, drive along the B4263 and look out for the turning into Van Road on your left. Continue for a few minutes out of town and you will begin to head up hill towards the forest. Look out for a forestry commission car park on the left. Park here and walk a short distance up the track to the trails.
