Moelfre is located in North East Wales about 10 minutes drive West of Oswestry. The downhill track here plays host to the British Downhill Series and some other smaller events on the downhill calendar. During official events, the track is open to competitors and spectators usually with free parking and camping.

The venue is located within the stunning rolling hills of North Wales so whether you are competing or coming to watch the action, you will be treated with fantastic views of the surrounding countryside.

We recommend you put Llansilin into your SatNav rather than SY10 7QJ for directions to the track. Head along the B4580 by the Old Race Course, through LLawnt, through Rhydycroesau and then into Llansilin. The road curves left (there's a phone box on the right hand side). After 50 yards turn the first right by the 4x4 garage and then first right again, signposted Moelfre. Head up and follow the road to the left, after a mile and almost at the bottom of the dip turn right. Follow the road up for one mile, taking caution through the narrow lanes and twisty corners and the race venue will greet you on the right hand side.
